No snake oil, no crocodile tears, no flavour of the month, no marketing department bollocks. We promote equality and diversity, even when it ain’t in the news. Doing the best thing for all, not the profitable thing for a few. Cos if you don’t have ethics, what do you have?

Community

Blood might be thicker than water, but community’s thicker than cement. It’s the people you laugh with. The people you love. The people you break down and cry with. It can be the family you’re born with - or the family you choose. We want to respect, celebrate and give back to communities. Support not exploit. Raise up, not cherry pick. 

Culture

If you didn’t plant the seeds, don’t touch the fruit. Culture has power. It’s a shared love, a bond that connects communities. Culture ain’t a costume. It ain’t a tap to flick on and off. We know we’ve got to earn our seat, through authenticity and understanding. Through treating culture with the respect it deserves. We only get involved if we can add value.
